We do everything to keep safe information that you give us to maintain your trust.

Our Privacy Notice has been designed with you in mind. How the notice applies to you will depend on the way in which you interact with us. For example, if you:

  1. purchase a ticket from us, we will use the information you provide us to fulfil both our and the Event Organizer`s and /or other Partners' obligations to you in delivering that service, and, where permitted, keep you up to date about other events that may be of interest to you; and

  2. when you browse our sites, we use cookies to tailor your experience and hopefully provide you with a seamless experience.

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the standards of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

2. How Do We Get the Information from You & What Kind of Information We Collect

When you create an account, buy a ticket or have a ticket transferred to you by a friend, we will collect your information which, depending on the service we are providing, may include your contact and billing information.

The information you give us may include your name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, copies of formal identity documents such as your passport or ID card, business seller information, tax identification number and credit or debit card details.

  • It may also include information you provide us when creating a profile on mticket.eu or in the mobile app, which may include a profile picture and access to your camera and/or photo library (if you choose to enable this service on your computer or device)

  • When you use our websites or apps, we collect information such as the browser and device you are using, your IP address, your location, the site you came from, what you did and didn't use our site/app for, or the site you visit when you leave us.

  • When you use a social media feature within our website or apps, and you post to social media platforms, the social media site will provide us with some information about you.

  • In the few instances where we collect personal information from children, we always seek parental consent and will only ever collect such information for the purposes specified when we collect it. By signing Public Offer you warranted that you are over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to make the transaction.

  • We may monitor or record telephone conversations or other communications between you and us.

  • We use suppliers who collate geodemographic data which assists us in better personalising our services to you. If you’d prefer that we do not do this, see the Section 6 ‘Your Rights & Choices’ section below.

3. How Do We Use Your Information & For What Aims

3.1. For the performance of our contract with you

We use your information when you enter into a contract with us (for example to buy merchandise or a ticket) so we can:

  • process your order,

  • take payment, and

  • provide you with customer support.

3.2. For our legitimate business interests

  • To conduct market research and analysis which helps improve and customise our products and services.

  • For our marketing purposes, unless your consent is required for such marketing (see section 3 below).

  • To send you customer service emails including booking confirmations and event reminders.

  • To prevent or detect unlawful behaviour, to protect or enforce our legal rights or as otherwise permitted by law. For example, making sure tickets get into the hands of real fans. As such, we may use your information to prevent ticket touting, misuse of our intellectual property (e.g. our or our Event Partner's brands), fraud, or other crimes.

  • To ensure the security of our and our Event Partners’ operations.

  • To create a profile about you to help us personalise our services to you. For example, if you purchase tickets to pop events and you have consented to our marketing, we will inform you about other pop events we think you might be interested in. For further information, see the section below:

3.3. Where you’ve given your consent

  • To contact you with information or offers regarding our upcoming events, products or services – this may be via email, via push and web notifications, via SMS, or social media platforms. You can change your marketing preferences at any time, see “Your choices and rights” section below.

  • To provide you with location based services – like through our festival apps which allow you to see yourself on the map so we can use your location to send you push notifications about what’s going on around you.

  • To process your health data to meet your accessibility requirements, where specifically required and explicit consent is provided.

4. Who We Share Your Data With & Third parties

 

  • We may share your information with our Event Organizers and other partners such as Principals or / and Partners in marketing so that they can run the event and for other reasons described in their privacy policies. We will always name the Event Partners Organizers and other partners when you purchase a ticket and you will be given the option to subscribe to receiving marketing from them.

  • If you buy or sell tickets via our resale platform, we may disclose your information to the buyer or seller (as applicable) for order fulfilment purposes – meaning that you get the ticket you’ve bought, or paid for the ticket you’ve sold.

  • Third parties who provide goods and services purchased by you (e.g. ticket insurance or merchandise) so that they can process and fulfil your orders.

  • Government agencies or other authorised bodies where permitted or required by law.

  • Any successor to all or part of our business.

5. How We Manage to Protect Your Data & Unlawful Interfenance and Force Major

  • We are obligated to protect your data by all means available to us.

  • For the operation of Mticket.eu We use secure server software (SSL) which is among the best software available today for secure commercial transactions. It encrypts all your personal information for security so that nobody else can gain access to it.

  • All Mticket.eu systems are protected by a secure firewall infrastructure and are protected by well managed strong security policies. Access to customer data by our staff is controlled to ensure only appropriate staff can view data appropriate to their job function. All actions involving customer data are monitored by supervisory staff and are logged in an audit-trail.

  • We are obligated to don’t disclose such data to other Third parties or persons without your permission.

  • We take responsibility if your data will be disclosed illegally by us.

  • It is not illegal to disclose the data if the court issue decision to disclose such data. This paragraph is related to other government services if we are obligated to do their decisions by legislation.

  • We won’t take responsibility if the data is disclosed by third parties and persons, who got such information illegally. In case of illegal actions of third parties / illegal possession of personal data by third parties, we undertake to inform you about this by posting a message on the site or by sending a letter from the mail. We undertake to perform all actions to eliminate the problem and save personal data as quickly as possible. If you detect a risk of illegal actions or/or receiving dubious letters and/or messages, please notify us by sending an email to info@mticket.eu, thereby protecting other people from possible data loss.

  • We won’t take responsibility if the data is disclosed as a result of force major circumstances.

6. Your Choices & Rights

  • You can not provide your data to us. But, if you don’t provide your data when we requested, our services could be not to able to you.

  • You can request a copy of your data. If you want to request such data, you have to contact us by email (info@mticket.eu).
